Il disco è uscito il 2 dicembre 2022 tramite Provogue Records/Mascot Label Group ed è una rivisitazione dall'alto verso il basso del secondo lavoro di Shepherd del 1997, Trouble Is... fatto per celebrare il 25° anniversario dell'album originale. La ri-registrazione completa dell'album di maggior successo di Shepherd è accompagnata da un documentario sulla realizzazione dell'originale Trouble Is… e da un DVD live girato allo Strand Theatre nella città natale di Shepherd, Shreveport, in Louisiana. Il disco include anche una bonus track: una versione inedita di "Ballad of a Thin Man". L'intero set è un omaggio al processo di creazione e al viaggio della vita di Shepherd da giovane prodigio a maestro riconosciuto della sua arte.
